In this session, we allow the healing power of sound to bring you into alignment with your natural state of health and well-being.

Sound is a powerful force of healing. Through the use of instruments like Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, solfeggio tuning forks, drumming, vocal singing and healing chimes, we will bring your body into alignment with it’s natural state of inner harmony and well-being. This works through the principle of vibrational resonance. Because every particle of your being is vibrating, sound healing frequencies are used to bring you back into harmonic resonance with your natural state of wellness.

We utilize vibrations with healing intentions to bring the body into a state of deep relaxation, allowing the mind and nervous system to truly rest. When the body enters the parasympathetic state, it reduces stress hormones and promotes the body’s natural healing process. Sound healing affects the body on a cellular level. It can help to release stuck energy, emotions, and trauma from the body. It is gentle, yet powerful.

As you lay down on the healing table, I use hands on energy healing techniques and sound healing instruments on and around the body to help promote balance in your energetic field. I use tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, voice, drums and more to perform healing sound. I am an intuitive energetic medium, so I speak, sing, and say what I feel, hear, and sense within your energetic field and from Spirit to alchemically shift the energetics of your being so that you may return to your natural state of inner alignment and harmony with Source Field.
